Steve Jobs once said:
“When you grow up you tend to get told the world is the way it is and you’re life is just to live your life inside the world. Try not to bash into the walls too much. Try to have a nice family, have fun, save a little money. That’s a very limited life. Life can be much broader once you discover one simple fact: Everything around you that you call life was made up by people that were no smarter than you and you can change it, you can influence it, you can build your own things that other people can use. Once you learn that, you’ll never be the same again.”
I chose to open the video below with that quote because to add to what Steve Jobs said about how “life is kinda messed up in a lot of ways” – just as he says, there is also always an opportunity to fix something or to improve it.
As I explain in the video, aside from Aquapparel, I own a Digital Marketing Consulting company. I help small businesses solve problems and make more money so that they can grow their business and help to improve the world. I manage paid ads campaigns for all kinds of businesses, from landscaping companies who help to make our communities and the outside spaces of our homes beautiful to medical supply companies who are developing new products to help cure diseases.
Marine life is a passion of mine and I feel that this brand can make a huge positive impact in conserving it and help to clean up our environment. These videos help to educate and raise awareness. They also show people how they can help.
It took a lot of us humans to create these environmental problems that we face and it’s going to take a lot of us to fix it. I hope that with my background in Digital Marketing, I can make Aquapparel a large facilitator of these efforts.
